About Us

Champetre County was started by Arthur and Therese Denis as a hobby farm in 1995. As the demands were greater, the business grew.

In 1991, a fire destroyed the Howling Coyote Saloon but it was soon rebuilt by demand and encouragement from our loyal customers. Soon the business became a full time operation. After 16 years of hard work, Todd and Francine Edmondson took over the day to day operations of Champetre County, giving the prior owners some time to enjoy life.

With this new ownership, Champetre County has been taken to a new level: new owners , new menu, new ideas but with the same western Saskatchewan hospitality. Come on in and see us!!
